PH Zabisky is the CEO of MZ and a renowned name in Investor Relations. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, he has had the opportunity to actively participate in the development of IR programs for various Brazilian and multinational companies. PH earned a bachelor’s degree in Administration in 2006 from FAAP, completed the graduate program at Insper, and, in 2013, attended the negotiation program at Harvard Law School.

Cássio is an executive partner at MZ Group, holding the positions of CFO & COO. He began his professional journey at MZ in 2008, as an intern, and in a little over five years, he became part of the Client Executive team, where he was already responsible for one of the portfolios. In 2015, he became the General Manager of IR and, in 2019, the Chief Operating Officer of IR. In 2020, he also became the Chief Financial Officer. Currently, as CFO and COO, he is responsible for 10 areas of the company. Cássio earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie (2010), a graduate degree in Corporate Finance from Insper (2013), and an Executive MBA in Finance from the same institution (2019), and is currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Human Resources Management from FIA (2022).

With 20 years at MZ, Danilo has held positions such as IT Intern (2003), Coordinator of Website Development and Maintenance (2005), and Manager of Projects and Services (2007). In 2009, he also became an Executive Partner of the company. He currently leads a team of more than 30 professionals and is responsible for assisting more than 250 active clients worldwide. Danilo earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in 2007.

Marcele Magalhães began her journey at MZ in 2007 and has since worked as a Senior IR Analyst, Account Executive, and now, as an Executive Partner, she holds the position of Head of Product, playing a crucial role in the development and success of the company. Among other responsibilities, she manages the prioritization and execution of backlog and roadmap for each project. Marcele earned bachelor’s degrees in Nursing from Unifesp (2000) and in Business Administration from FGV, and in 2013, she completed her Executive MBA in Economic Financial Management from the same institution.

With 17 years at MZ, Fernando Ferreira Fernandes is an Executive Partner responsible for the Web department, including New Projects and Website Maintenance, and also leads the SEC Filings (EDGAR/iXBRL) department. He earned a technical degree in Mechatronics from Senai (2006), a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from São Judas Tadeu University (2011), and a graduate degree in the same field from the University of São Paulo (2012).

Executive Partner in New Businesses, Amanda Munhoz has been at MZ for almost 20 years. Her current activities are focused on the international market, significantly contributing to the company’s expansion and the establishment of relationships and partnerships abroad. Amanda also hosts the IR Update podcast series and holds a degree in Investor Relations from New York University.

João Marin is one of the Executive Partners at MZ and is currently responsible for the company’s market development in Latin America, structuring financial communication programs for listed companies, assisting in business, and supporting product development, mainly in LATAM and the USA. With over 16 years at the company and experience in Investor Relations, he has been involved in the coordination of more than 50 earnings seasons, IPOs, and public offerings. He is also currently assisting companies in structuring their Corporate Governance in partnership with Nasdaq Governance Solutions in LATAM. João earned a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Paraná (2003) and in Business from the University of São Paulo (2008). He earned a graduate degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from FIA (2010) and completed the International Module in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking at the Business School of Colombia (2011).

Founder/Chairman of MZ Group S.A., the largest independent global player and leader in investor relations (IR) solutions, and Founder/Chairman of Whosup Inc. – “The Friendship App”. Rodolfo holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from IMT-Mauá (Brazil) and an MBA from FGV-SP/Columbia Business School. He served in various capacities for 18 years at the Odebrecht Organization (Braskem and the holding company from 1982 through 1999), primarily in technology, business and commercial planning, investor relations, and structured finance areas. Rodolfo left Odebrecht in 1999 and founded MZ Group​, where he was CEO until 2017, now its Chairman and Value Strategist consultant.

Greg Falesnik oversees all aspects of the firm’s investor relations activities. He plays an integral role in MZ’s consulting process; including institutional outreach, corporate communications and investment analysis. Throughout his career, has worked with dozens of senior management teams to build comprehensive and effective IR campaigns. His diverse investor relations experience spans across multiple industries, including semiconductors, clean tech, financial technology, business services and consumer related companies.
